About Joe Cohen

Joe Cohen - CEO Selfhacked - Circle Portrait

Joe Cohen

Joe Cohen won the genetic lottery of bad genes. As a kid, he suffered from inflammation, brain fog, fatigue, digestive problems, anxiety, depression, and other issues that were poorly understood in both conventional and alternative medicine.
Frustrated by the lack of good information and tools, Joe decided to embark on a journey to explore the information contained within his own DNA and lab results to improve his symptoms and optimize his health. With thousands of experiments and pubmed articles under his belt, Joe founded SelfHacked, the content resource that was missing when he needed it. However, as Joe continued to explore his genetics and lab tests further, he could not find an adequate tool to analyze his DNA or lab results to get the personalized recommendations he needed.

Joe knew that other people needed a trusted tool to analyze their health in the same way he had, but without the hassle! So, he founded SelfDecode and LabTestAnalyzer. Now, Joe is a thriving entrepreneur, author and speaker continuing to live out his mission of helping people optimize their health with the most up-to-date, unbiased, and science-based content and tools.
