SelfHacked depends on raising its financial resources through advertisements, subscriptions, affiliate income, consultation, sale of premium content and commission. Funding enables us to constantly publish posts about the most important health topics, reinvest in our products, support our experts, and provide you with more high-quality content overall.

Our funding in no way influences our editorial guidelines or the scientific rigor we apply to researching, creating, and editing any post.

Our marketing department is kept separate from our science department in order for there to be an unbiased content creation process.

Scientists have complete freedom to research any and all topics and report what they find, whatever the result is. We give the explicit instructions to follow the science and report on that in an unbiased manner.
