This was back in 2002-2003 long before I knew how to take my health into my own hands. I have learned much since and an off BigPharma drugs, the only pharma drug I take is replacement thyroid and that is only because I no longer have a thyroid and would die otherwise. For everything else, I use natural supplements and amino acids. I was just diagnosed with Lupus and my back is constantly in spasm and pain. I will absolutely NOT take prednisone again nor any of the other drugs (basically chemo type drugs) that are offered for Lupus patients. I don’t want to be an iatrogenic statistic for these MF***ing white coats. I am shocked to find this article on selfhacked.
