I will follow his references and information to learn as much as I can about luteolin. Thank you!

Familial pernicious anemia (age onset B12 malabsorption causing a host of dangerous conditions) exists in German-English-Scottish-Scandinavian people and it is not well understood or even recognized by the medical profession. US doctors consider B12 levels as acceptable as low as 200 while in Japan, anyone with B12 levels below 550 gets supplementation to prevent subtle but long term dangerous conditions to encroach upon health.

vitamin/minerals. Hopefully that should be more than enough to get it done right.

I took the capsules to UCLA lab to see if the quantity of flavonoids matched the label. The lab data shows exact quantities of flavonoids as on the label. Definitely one of the best buys around. Can feel the effect within a week of taking it.
Highly recommended.

You can find them on Amazon – keyword: phytocopeia

What about dadandelion root? Bring to boil then simmered 10min, strain & drank as tea. Unfortunately a bit bitter.

Dried selery seed, in it’s wild form also known as Ajwain or Aamoda churna (powder) in Ayurveda, seems to be the second best at 7,62 mg/g.
