Blueberry smoothies with spinach, avocado, lime are keeping my varicose veins in perfect health, homemade kefir is another component I found helpful. Zinc is as well a game changer but you have to take it always with food on its own one can get very badly nauseated… All mentioned here… I am now interested to integrated Milk Thistle and Desmodium. So this article was extremely informative. Thank you.

The good Omega is Omega 3, not 6 or 9, but the odd Advocado won’t hurt you, it is, after all, a supposedly good fruit for many things, the best type of Omega 3 should be in the ratio of 330MG OF EPA – AND 220 MG OF DHA. I take 3 a day and its good to avoid the dreaded Magnesium Stearate that so many of these sellers even the famous ones add this to their capsules etc. It’s all wrong! No good selling something that is free of this that and the other if you’re going to use magnesium stearate. A perfect ratio is made by Wholesome Vita found on Amazon, it’s very cheap for 180 capsules has no additives and is GMP. I hope this is of help to you. Rosina Lock x

I (73 yo male) assume that “time release Niacin (niacinamide??)” is referred to when liver damage is suggested.
I have a NAFL and, whilst taking a sauna (75 dep C for 1 hour daily), consume 500mg Niacin (with the Flush) in order to open up the blood vessels and promote toxin transport.
Any comments please?
