Planturum for 2 weeks. I notice I have more energy, brain fog is gone and anxiety is diminished which is awesome. The downside is I’m. constipated, bloated and craving sugar now. After years of symptoms, gone in 24 hours. Never found anything that worked before, there are many lacto type bacteria supplements, for me it has to be lacto plantarum specifically.
