Thank you. I believe the rda is too low, while what the Iodine proponents are suggesting is much too high. Such as 12.5mg a day to 50mg a day, and higher. I think I’ve been shooting myself in the foot by taking such high amounts. Thank you for your response.

Ive been taking 1/4 teaspoon every now and then.
Started doing silly experiments after reading that spreading it into your gonads might lead to more testosterone but it left me in a wreck.
