Hello, I would like to know what you think about a 56 year old man who goes to the gym 5-6 times a week taking 250mg of Testosterone Enanthate a week?I feel 36 years old and I get a little bit of anabolic activity to reward my hard work in the gym.
I am looking to it to keep Dementia at Bay.
I was also looking at RAD140 for the prevention of Dementia as well. My father started to get Dementia at 67 years old. He is 20 years older than me.
The Medical establishment won’t do anything for me so I’m going to do it myself. What do you think of my plan?

In reply to william mcniff. Hi William, it's true that MK677 was "designed" for cachexia or extreme muscle and tissue wasting in cancer patients. But clinical studies are lacking and its safety in this population is unknown. We caution people with cancer against using it (except in appropriate research settings) since we don't know how it impacts cancer progression. Based on its mechanism of action, MK677 may increase cancer growth.

Do not use if you had cancer. MK677 was designed for cancer cachexia. Much of the research was done on cancer patients? https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4121852/ Could you comment on this?

Truth about not taking MK 677 if Th1 dominant. My BP systolic spiked 25 points. My diastolic gained 10 points. Returned to normal after stopping. The cycle was 1 month long. I didn’t check BP during this time. Never had a BP issue before. 120/75.

The muscle gains were and still impressive. I still have a bottle left. I’m tempted to try again with my lab rat, while measuring BP.

Will this product make me gain more weight I was told by a friend that it would help me lose weight and give me more energy. I have been taking 1ml every night for a week now but have not lost any weight nor do I feel energized. Should I continue. I am not a gym person but an overweight 54 yr old female . Any advice would be appreciated. I do suffer from diverticulitis which is not fun.

Sarah, be aware that some weight gain isn’t muscle but actually water retention.

When I was on mk my fingers were bigger and my ring was too tight, but it was water retention, even in the muscles themselves. After he cycles off, you’ll know how much is muscle.

Curious if there is any data indicating ibutamorern can stimulate hgh release in the presence of exogenous igflr3, which typically inhibits hgh release as far as I know. I’m guessing no, but think out would be interesting to study if it has not already been done
