You can also get Hydrogen water from Kangen water machine. It uses 7 or 8 medical grade titanium plates for electrolysis. These machines are approved by Japanese Ministry of Health ( like FDA is US) for medical use in the hospitals. Robert Wright, author of Killing Cancer not People and Hiromi Shinya, author of Enzyme Factor recommend Kangen water as a source for Molecular Hydrogen.

This stuff messed me up really badly. I’ve done some incredible stuff utilizing selfhacked along with other alternative health methodologies. Cured myself of severe CFS.

A few months later while working on a mercury toxicity I took hydrogen water for 8 weeks and completely ruined my health again. Lyme disease, candida everything came back. Hydrogen was horrible for my gut. I know several who have had similar issues to me.

I wrote my experience of DDW on me and my grandmother.
I also make hydrogen water(Mg-tablets+H2O) for myself and for her for around 1-1.5 years but no good/visible effects, only relieved mg-deficiency imho. It’s not protected my grandmother from viral/bacterial infections, not protected heart, lungs, kidneys!
in my case-no good result in fatty liver disease(high ast, alt still), no new hair regrowth, 2 illnesses per year and so on.
only good effect i noticed- good for erections and sperm volume. as we all know Mg does it! that’s all…unfortunately!
