I have no side effects yet but only been taking it for a week.
I do take Atorvastatin for cholesterol issues and I am wondering if these 30 to 50 drops a day will cause side effects or even maybe what I should look for while taking these drops. Any continual feed back about Grape Seed Extract would be appreciated.

Which brand is truly safe? Any liquid versions safe? Many years ago we used to take a few drops at the first sign of a cold, and it cleared it every time, but stopped with all the controversy.

So, you don’t have any studies that discuss blood sugar and grapefruit seed extract.

The studies you list discuss cardio disease. Cardio disease is NOT blood sugar. Millions of diabetics do NOT have cardio disease, we are not all in the “cardio AND diabetes” boat.

So, your section should be blank, as you haven’t found any studies that discuss blood sugar and GSE.
