The chronic pain/anxiety cycle has also evolved into diagnosed fibromyalgia. I also experience peripheral nerve pain/sensitivities with some tingling and numbness in arms and legs. Gabapentin and Prozac have been prescribed. I am weaning off Gabapentin and now replaced with Lyrica. In 3 days of once a day 50mg of Lyrica, I feel better. I take Skullcap, magnesium, male adult multivitamins, K2 with D3, amino acids glutamine, arginine, theanine, CBD oil, and occasional B12 and B6. At night I take herbal supplements for sleep. I have taken feverfew off and on too. I am trying to do more stretches and core work for the spinal issues, heat pads, and hemp oil rubs.
Do you think this too much? Should I take feverfew?
