The only result I’ve noticed is that my voice has gotten rough and I don’t know if this is a possible side effect. In any case I am going to stop taking it and see if anything changes. Be curious to see if anyone else has had this side effect.

Such changes are used to understand aging, and although more research is needed, tracking D-Asp could also be useful to predict aging.”

So, does one need to limit it, like methionine because methionine increases aging? Do we need to limit D-Asp to reduce aging or increase it?
