I have been searching for informative regarding the sleep subject and this really helped me. I have always struggled with falling asleep I am not sure why either. Sleep supplements have always made me feel nervous as they can have side effects. Thank you again stay safe and wishing you a lovely day.

Is there another form of creatine that provides the benefits without inducing insomnia in people who are susceptible to this side effect?

Pre workout the creatine increases the amount of ATP in your body to help you push a little harder each rep and set all while recovering quicker. Then post workout if taking a dose of creatine (which is considered the best time since your muscles will absorb what you feed/give it after a workout to help with recovery), you will replenish the CP (creatine phosphate) in your body so when you need quick burst of energy again, it can quickly be turned into ATP for the body to use as energy and also help the muscles recover from the workout.

I’m 75 descent shape, in past 10yrs I had two kidney stones. I had taken creatine 20 years prior for
a few months and my muscles were solid. I would like to regain that solid muscle again because I gain muscle surprisingly fast but
am hesitating for fear of kidney stones.

I would say thanks for sharing this type of informative and interesting article. I also used protein supplement Aminoz Creatine. It’s very effective and result-oriented supplement. There is no chance of side effects by using this supplement.
