Thank you, I am on a mission to arrest or at least slow the greying in my hair. looking for a topical formulation as I suspect introducing this enzyme to the immediate area of concern may arrest the effect of hydrogen peroxide at the hair follicle and surrounding area, thus providing for the point of hair production to produce and keep the genetic pigmentation of the hair at a pre higher level of hydrogen peroxide presence. taking oral supplement at the same time for whole body assistance in reduction of hydrogen peroxide effect on the overall follicle function.. will check back here in 6 months to inform results.

Great article. I wish other ways of getting catalase would be mentioned instead of supplementing. I believe broccoli sprouts are one way.

Great article. Any information about what topical catalase cream is best for treating Vitiligo? Or what the best way would be to add catalase to a gel or lotion?

Hello! Good article. I take Catalase supplements and have found that they help me sleep better than anything else I have ever used. I have also noticed that Catalase seems to potentiate other supplements (maybe because it is an enzyme?) So, if you take it with Melatonin, or magnesium at night, you’ll sleep like never before. I have noticed that my hair is thicker and fuller, but that’s all. Catalase taken via suppository works even better. Animals also seem to benefit from small amounts sprinkled on their food. This is purely anecdotal, but my nine year old Stafford terrier has been getting small amounts in her food (small amounts only because a whole pill upsets her tummy) and her greying muzzle is going back to dark fur! Okay, that’s my input. I’d love to hear from others about their experience with Catalase.
