I did some research and decided to try it. I took 1 tsp a day for 2 days and had terrible gastric distress so I thought I should start out with less. I took 1/2 tsp the third day and by the end of the day I had dull aching in my left kidney with much less in my right kidney. I woke during the night and went to the bathroom and had the nagging pain in my kidneys. I’m 66 and this is very scary to me. I have never had any kidney problems whatsoever. I am praying this subsides and drinking plenty of water and cranberry juice.
