Hi there can i use the black seeds if I have plurisy? dr did give me a steroid injection to release the inflamation. He told me not to take any anti-inflamatory drugs over this time after this injection. Can i use them as I see they do assist with inflamation?

I was on the lookout for natural remedies when I stumbled across this article. Love this read, its very balanced. I started taking black seed oil as a food supplement a few months ago, idk what changed but I definitely feel less sluggish during the day. Just wish the researchers would pick up pace and explore the properties of black seed in detail (so I know what exactly happened!)

I’m surprised there was no mention of possible gas/burp issues. I’ve tried a pill a number of times and always get “italian bread” or oregano-ish flavored burps. Tons of them. Going back and digging through reviews for the product on Amazon I’m apparently not alone. People up there said to stop, but I was hoping to figure out what the burps were from…and if it might go away.

I’m really sad I can’t take this as I’ve had lifelong overactive immune system issues and am 99% sure I need to dampen both th1 and th2 systems. Lately rosacea, seasonal allergies (itchy eyes, and airway mucus), food reactions to wheat/milk/maybe peanuts, IBD, and blood brain barrier permeability (GABA supplements knock me out, and lots of headaches) are my big concerns, though I’ve also had asthma, bronchitis, eczema, migraines, and likely more.

I am using black cumin seed with Alfalfa & black sesame (Kala til) seed I am not feeling any adverce effect on me I am using these seeds so long advice me for more better auspect.

You will find it as black seed oil. It is actually “black cumin seed oil” which is derived from the black cumin seed, but it seems to be described more often as just “black seed oil.” You can take the oil by the teaspoon and use it in salad dressings etc.

Nigella sativa is the scientific name of the seed itself.

Obviously not all brands are equally as pure or potent due to the conditions from which they are grown and how they are harvested or processed. I would like to know which seeds (brand / source) is the effective one used in the successful trials for people curing themselves of HIV to become fully negative. It goes without saying that every person’s body is unique and may respond to treatments of different varieties in different ways with varying rates of success, however, there would certainly be a higher chance of success if precisely following the protocols and habits of those whom have become permanently HIV- after using certain seed products in specific combinations with vitamin D and organic honey. Can anyone please provide documentation or references of the exact place to find and purchase what was successfully used? I’ve searched alpha-zam (the one proven to work in the clinical studies) without success several times. And by the way, the seed oil lacks certain substances necessary to be a complete cure for HIV infection compared to the freshly ground seeds. Thank you for any assistance you can provide in advance.

Black Seed Oil and Black Cumin Oil are derived from two totally different plants: Black Cumin from the Fennel Flower and Black Seed from Nigella Sativa. The health benefits are different as well. This article is very confusing as the narrative flips between Black Seed Oil and Black Cumin Oil and attributes the bennefits of one to the other. Also, the authors product of choice is Black Cumin Oil and not Black Seed Oil.

Hello. I didn´t understand the post below (the link you provided still states that Nigella Sativa and Black Cumin are the same thing)

This is for the gentlemen ED that posted on 5/9/18 regarding the confusion between Nigella Sativa and Black Cumin….a few years we started realizing the difference and that’s been corrected…we are not as dumb as he thinks we are (thankfully) I think this article will enlighten him a bit.
