I’ll try the tea as well now cooler weather is on the way hear. Strangely coffee and sugar don’t act like a stimulant in my body, unless I have to much of either or both. My blood sugar seems to be under control already, and I am cutting down on my t2d meds if my stress levels don’t increase too much.
