Well? One thing for sure, I’m not a believer in the Medical profession in most cases. I’m almost 70 years young and I’ve tried natural remedies vs medicines and the natural herbs as Curcumin has done wonders for me, as when I had knee pains and only the Curcumin healed it completely. I took 2 teaspoon mixed in half of orange juice, stirred it fast and drank it (cause it doesn’t taste very good) , but within 2 hours my right knee that was hurting? 90% of the pain went away and I repeated this for like a week and now days I take 2 teaspoons like once a week and I’m healed of the pain 100%. If you’ve got pain problems do the research through the web and there’s usually a natural over the counter nature’s medicine that can help it. Doctors? They’ve got their place in society, but for me is Chiros and natural medicines.!❤️ I just sent a good friend some 95% Baicalin powder for his glaucoma (eye nerve pressure), there was a 2015 scientific study in animals that supposedly worked for eye nerve pressure which may cause Glaucoma, but it also helps in all kinds of health problems, do the research.!

I saw where this post shows that it is liver protective. However under the post for chinese skullcap it shows it can be harmful to liver. I cant find just the baicalein in a single formula. Thats what confused me.

In reply to Kathy. Hi Kathy, this herb should be safe for the liver. Check #4 under benefits (Baicalin Protects the Liver) for more information. Also, there is no evidence available for whether not it is dangerous or safe for 2d6++.

Is this herb safe for liver? Chinese skullcap is known to cause liver problems as stated on this site. Also is is safe for 2d6++?

For pure flavonoids like apigenin, luteolin, and baicalein this product has the most bang for the buck in regards to quality and quantity.

I took the capsules to UCLA to see if the labels matched up. I paid to have it tested and it shows exact quantities as on the label. Definitely one of the best buys around.
Highly recommended.

There seems to be alot of overlap between baicalein and baicalin
Baicalein is fat soluble and baicalin is water soluble.

Ive tried the swanson 4:1 concentrate and I seemed to have a good mood on it (taken twice 4 pills on empty stomach, so 8 a day), the effects come in waves so to speak its hard to describe, but its definatly working.
How would you say baicalin’s effect compares to taking the whole herb, cause skullcap is more than just baicalin (which i know of is an prolyl endopeptidase inhibitor and thats why im interested in it), also how long is the duration and what about re-dosing, how often a day?
