Was reading mostly all that I too found through research, but learning that is was estrogen was new and will require more research from me. Great job and thanks a bunch! Do one on dhh-b, the stronger component of magnolia bark extract. They rebrand and sell it under-dosed and overpriced right now because it’s difficult to source, but looks really promising for anxiety and other things. Thanks again!

If so would drinking chamomile tea be helpful?

Also immunological complement system.

Is that right?

I read that dried parsley has the greatest amount of apigenin so I make a spread of cream cheese and dried parsley–5 tablespoons of dried parsley to 8 ounces of lite cream cheese–and some flavorings. I have about a teaspoon on a cracker every day and I take parsley capsules when I’m not at home. I also drink chamomile tea every day and I eat some of the other foods on the list. I haven’t noticed any effects from the increased apigenin in my diet. Whether it will do any good is another matter, but it’s just food so I doubt that it can be harmful.

Worth using more regularly as replacement for a low dose supplement.
